These exercise machines are actually very simple to set up, as they are relatively packaged whole units and all you really needs to do is to find the proper settings and alignments for comfort during use. Adjusting the seat may take a little while, along with making sure that the pedals are aligned properly.
It would also be best to sit on the bike and then make the determination if the pedals are comfortably within reach, and if the seat itself is not angled at an awkward position. Pedals and crank arms have certain torque settings that are usually found in the reference manual. These settings should be checked regularly for bike pedals, whereas crank arm torque settings can be checked once a month only.
Consistent inspection and maintenance of your spinning exercise machines is essential for optimum performance of the equipment, providing beneficial results for exercising individuals.
